The pace on construction sites is fast, the speed of development from Uzin – a brand of UFloor Systems – is even faster. And so the manufacturer has now brought the one-component, lightning-fast UZIN PE 280 primer onto the market. After only 45 minutes, in record time compared with the usual up to twelve hours, it can be top-coated: what makes this possible is carbon fibre which is indicative of fibre-reinforced components. Not least they are well-known in air- and space- travel and also in motor- and cycle- racing. Uzin has taken advantage of this synergy effect and has also brought its experience to the new dispersion primer.
The result is a fibre-reinforced primer in which the carbon additive is combined with other fillers: the primer dries very quickly leaving no tacky surface and therefore with the result of very fast installation work. With the new PE 280 bonding-agent dispersion primer, Uzin has developed the fastest primer for the renovation sector that is on the market today.

The advantages leave other primers standing
Absolutely outstanding are the speed of PE 280 and its perfect adhesion to the substrate. It also combines a wealth of other positive properties: due to the carbon fibre technology, the very low emission dispersion bonding agent and primer produces a rough, keyed surface. Used over residues of old adhesives and levelling compounds it forms a film and it serves as a bonding agent on dense and smooth surfaces.
The ready to use dispersion primer, with its film-forming properties, has good adhesion and is also an ideal bonding agent on dense surfaces. With its paste consistency, it is not only suitable for use on floors but also on walls.
As this high-speed construction product is ready to use, it is also highly reliable – mixing is not required and so mixing and application errors are eliminated from the start. But ecological demands are also met with this new product: the "lightning primer" is solvent-free and very low emission.
