The oiling and waxing of parquet surfaces is nowadays established as the more attractive and environmentally-friendly alternative to lacquering. The advantages of this finishing treatment lie in the accentuation of the natural colour and structure of the wood - because oil and wax penetrate deep into the cells of the dry wood and prevent the ingress of other liquids. However, they do not form a sealed film like lacquers. Apart from the appearance, the open surface structure also affects the climate of the room. The air humidity passes in and out of the parquet without restriction.

The natural oil / wax combination, Magic Oil 2K from Pallmann, based on natural linseed oil and waxes, serves to impregnate in heavy use locations like exhibition areas, offices or hotels. Magic Oil is low-solvent in accordance with the quality mark Giscode Ö20 and, due to the added hardener component, is very rapid drying. And so, even in extremely heavy-wear areas, renovation is possible in the shortest time - the impregnated wood flooring dries almost "magically" overnight and can take heavy use again the following day.

Magic Oil is suitable for the impregnation of freshly sanded, heavy-duty wood and parquet flooring including wood-plank and wood-blocks. Uses also include solid natural cork and well-sanded multi-ply parquet materials. In addition, it is suitable for use on warm water underfloor heating systems.

Due to the wax content in this product, a uniform matt, velvety surface is achieved. Moreover, the cross-linked density of the surface gives a water- and dirt- repellent finish that cannot be achieved with one-component parquet oils. The dirt retention property and the maintenance costs are comparable with lacquered parquet.

		Magic Oil from Pallmann is a natural oil / wax system for the impregnation of the surfaces of wood-, parquet- and boarded- floors in heavy-wear areas.
The rapid, overnight drying time of the two-component parquet oil allows fast renovation work. The following day, the flooring is ready for use once again.

Complementary to this magic product innovation, Pallmann has developed a care product for the initial- and maintenance- cleaning of the impregnated parquet and wood flooring:
Magic Care is ready to use, slip-resistant and antistatic. It protects the flooring by means of a film and thereby adds underfoot security. With professional use, the appearance and wear-life of the surfaces are retained.
